Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data from Sakura Memory Game. The process is handled by email and we respond within 7 business days.

Compose an email
Open your email app and send a message to juualabs@gmail.com.

Include the following details
Your nickname as shown on the leaderboard, the social account email used to sign in (if any), and the date/time of your most recent play (approximate is fine).

Wait for confirmation
We will process the request within 7 business days and reply by email to confirm that your account and data have been deleted.

3. What gets deleted and what is retained

Upon a verified request, the following data is deleted or retained as listed below.

Leaderboard entry (nickname, score, completion time)	Permanently deleted	None (deleted within 7 business days)
Uploaded profile image	Permanently deleted from Firebase Storage	None (deleted within 7 business days)
Social account link (Google / Kakao ID, email, profile photo URL)	Permanently deleted from our records	None (deleted within 7 business days)
FCM push token	Revoked and deleted	None (deleted within 7 business days)
Email correspondence regarding the deletion request	Retained for audit & legal compliance	Up to 3 years, then permanently deleted
Anonymous, aggregated analytics (already non-personal)	Retained — cannot be linked back to you	Indefinite (no identifiers retained)

4. Important notes

Local data on your device (language preference, slot history, etc.) is removed automatically when you uninstall the app. Deletion is irreversible — once your data is removed we cannot restore your leaderboard standing, slot history, or profile image. If you have outstanding billing or legal disputes we may retain limited records for the period required by applicable law.
