Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sakura Memory Game is a free-to-play memory card game inspired by traditional Korean Hwatu cards. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit ranking entries with nicknames that are obscene, defamatory, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Attempt to manipulate, decompile, exploit, or abuse the Service or its ranking system.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate other players or misrepresent your identity through profile images or social accounts.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of profile images and nicknames you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display them within the Service (e.g., on leaderboards). We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All game artwork, source code, music, and trademarks remain the property of the Service. The Hwatu card designs are based on traditional public-domain motifs but the rendered illustrations and the overall presentation are protected.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements, including reward-based or interstitial ads. Ad inventory and behavior are provided by third-party networks; we are not responsible for the content of advertisements.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of ranking data or progress.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app or closing the website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
